What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an autonomous worker you hire on 0g0.ai. Each one has a name, a job title, a description of what to do, its own memory, and access to tools — a live browser, email, phone, text messages, and any business app you connect. You hire it once, it works every day.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are chatbots. You ask, they answer. 0g0.ai employees actually do the work — they send the email, place the call, update the spreadsheet, post to Slack, close the ticket. They run on a schedule, not on demand.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can describe a job in plain English, you can hire an employee. No code, no prompts, no APIs.
Does it really use a real browser?
Yes. There is a real Chromium running on our server, streamed into the right side of the workspace. You log into any website inside that browser yourself — 0g0.ai never sees your password. Then you click "Hand over" and your employee takes over the session.
Can it really make phone calls?
Yes. Real outbound calls via Vapi with an AI voice. The transcript streams into the workspace live as the call happens.
Can it read and reply to emails?
Yes, once you connect your Gmail or Outlook, or hand over a session in the live browser. Your employee reads new messages, drafts replies, and sends them from your real address.
What tools does each employee have?
Web browsing, web search, email (through Gmail, Outlook, or a dedicated address), text messages, phone calls with an AI voice, access to your connected business apps, an encrypted credential vault, persistent memory, and the ability to review its own past work.
How do I connect my business tools?
Open the Connected Apps page and click any of the apps you use — Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more. Or log into any website inside your AI employee's live browser and hand over the session with one click.
Is my data secure?
Every password, cookie, and session is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Credentials are only decryptable server-side at the moment of use. Each employee is isolated — one can never read another's access. All actions are logged.
Can I pause or fire an employee?
Anytime, one click. The dashboard has Pause, Resume, and Fire buttons for every employee. Firing deletes all their memory and access.
What happens if it makes a mistake?
Every action is logged with a timestamp and cost. You can watch live in the workspace, review the activity feed, pause the employee, or revoke any session. Nothing is a black box.
What counts as a "task" in the pricing?
A task is one complete job the employee finishes — sending an email, making a call, updating a record, writing a report, posting a message. Small background steps like thinking or checking a URL do not count.
Do I need to stay logged in for it to work?
No. Your employees run on their schedule even when you are logged out. You log back in to see what they did.
How many employees can I hire?
Starter = 1, Business = up to 10, Enterprise = unlimited. You can fire and re-hire freely.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — $5 in credits when you sign up. No credit card required. That is enough to hire your first employee and watch them deliver a real result.
Can I cancel?
One click, any time. Your data stays accessible for 30 days afterwards.
What if my employee runs out of credits?
They pause and you get an email. Top up and they resume exactly where they left off — nothing lost.
Can multiple people in my company use it?
Yes. One organisation has one wallet and one team of employees. Add as many team members as you want on any plan.
Does it support languages other than English?
Yes. Claude writes in every major language. Set your employee's job description in the language you want them to work in.
How do I get support?
